Completly unable to update, from the client or by downloading the patch directly from the website. In both cases the server is rejecting the connection. Probably just overloaded from people trying to get the patch.

Sorry a wrong choice of words. Basically the point is the gang skills only work if you're a squad leader, and then the bonuses are just based off the squad leader's skills not however has the highest. That right?
